Q: I have this zit, surrounded by whiteheads and blackheads in ear, and it hurts like insanity. I tried popping it, it kills. Unsuccessful Is there anything I can take or put on it to make it better? A: I'm sorry but is going to hurt as hell. Grab a hair slide or something with a curb and ask for help. It is going o hurt for a minute but it will go away as soon as it comes out. I've been there. Some people use toothpaste until it's ready to pop. Good Luck
