Q: Ok, this started yesterday, my left wrist got really, tense, and it feels really hard. I don't have good fine motor control with it. I can't really push down on things very well at all, even the soap dispenser. My left hand was shaking too a few days ago. I'm not sure what this is. but it's starting to bug me.
A: tendinitis. it can be very painfull. google it.
