How come I feel pain all over your body after playing basketball?

Q: I have not play basketball in a months, so when I played, the next day I feel sick and pain all over my body. I know it has to do with lack of exercise but is there ways to prevent it?

A: Well you depleted the oxygen in your muscles, and for two your muscles are not use to working out that hard. So what you need to do is eat food high in iron, gatorade to restore that electrolytes, and keep on working that muscle to make it use to working that hard. And have your wife ride it off.
