Q: how do i know if i sprained my foot? and do you think i should go get it x-rayed? the pain is on the inside and in the middle. when i rest it for awhile, then start to walk around again, it starts to throb. i can't remember any incident where i could have hurt my foot, but the pain is killing me!! *NO SARCASTIC OR MEAN ANSWERS PLEASE! A: I would go to the doctor and explain to doc what you said ,that you can't remember hurting the foot,something is definitely going on and needs to be checked
