Q: i frequently get severe muscle cramps in my left calf, especially when playing sports like football and swimming, and also when im walking long distances..which is pretty much every day.Aspirin and Paracetemol haven't been very helpful at getting rid of,or at least reducing the pain.I've tried stretching the muscle beforehand so I'm not exercising with a 'cold muscle',but this hasn't really helped.Any tips or ideas about what might be causing it? Thanks :]

A: Too much salt in your diet or lack of vitamin D. For the pain try advil.
