Q: When i have been sat down for a while and i stand up, my knee starts to click everytime i walk. I asked this again, but i didn't get many answers.
A: you could have arthritis or a cartlidge problem. visit your Dr for a diagnosis & he could refer u 2 physiotherapy if necessary. If its painful take an anti-inflamatory such as ibruprofen. Some clicking in joints is normal & nothing to worry about as long as its painfree. take gentle exercise such as walking or swimming to keep it mobile
