I find yogurt causes gas and indigestion, it doesn't ease it. How can this be?

A: I get the same thing, and just looked all over the web for an answer. All I found were endless advice columns to eat yogurt to PREVENT gas and such. Never been lactose intolerant that I know of - I can eat pizza, nachos, sliced cheese & crackers, drink milk, etc. It only seems to happen when I eat Cedar's Greek Strained Yogurt Tzatziki Dips. And I love the stuff - I even prefer it on sandwiches, and just that amount (spread on bread or a tortilla) is enough to make me 'repeat' for hours. If you find an answer, email me!!! I'm going to call up my doctor next week and inquire.
